Here's a little planning update from Yeo Park for our neighbours in Yealmpton! There's a minor amendment being considered for a planning consent on a two-storey extension at 15 Yeo Park. It looks like they're just tidying up the positioning of a wall and roofline to match the existing building.
Non-material minor amendment to planning consent 2099/24/HHO for moving the front external wall of the proposed two storey extension forward flush with the existing front external wall. Proposed new roof to run through flush with the existing roof.
